Julay was the prime time muster bunker after the downfall of 8chan with by far the most boards and activity; a good deal of 8ch refugees managed to find their way to it and haphazardly re-establish their communities, it even sported a beloved vidya board. But it didn't luck out with administration and the absolute retards running it, among other things, decided to delete 90% of the boards so that people "went and made their own instead of relying on one single site". As a result all those people, those communities that already lost about 60% of their userbases to 8ch going down, left the webring entirely unable to survive getting kicked out yet again. Some going to cuckchan, some scattering in the wing forever. Now julay is a completely dead site existing pretty much solely for /cow/'s one active board. Even the few boards that were allowed to stay now left for other sites on the webring. Julay is definitely a lolcow of the webring.
