I was digging a bit and found this. They call it "hyperface" and allegedly it's supposed to overwhelm the AI with faces for it to detect. Sure there are more important things to be concerned about, but that doesn't mean discussing this kind of opsec isn't interesting and valuable on some level. It's because the glow niggers have all of our faces in their database to scan for that trying to hide your face from cameras is important. It's simple enough to just leave your phone at home when you're traveling somewhere and want to remain hidden/off-grid, but public hidden cameras that they're now putting in things like the street lights are unavoidable.

Then again, dashcams are designed to face into the sky more than regular cctv, so they might already have filters to block out sunlight, and that's before taking into account the filtering provided by a LEO windscreen tint. Police dashcams might already be IR resistant. Have a look at product sales websites, there might even be a demo video out there.

The best opsec is to appear just like everyone else, if you have some dazzler or any unique anti-glownigger tech then you automatically stick out. Opsec wont save you if you have an ID, passport, bank account or anything that requires your personal details, if you want to be anonymous online then you have to be anonymous IRL too.
