Coronachan has normalized mask wearing! It is like a dream come true. Lets hope it stays after the pandemic, like it did in china after SARS.
>sunglasses
Most cameras use infrared to be able to record at night and this can see through sunglasses. Mirrored sunglasses might not have this problem.
Does anyone know more about this?
>hats/hoods
Obviously useful just make sure to keep you head down and not look up at the cameras. Staring at the ground looks suspicious, you can hold a prop like a phone or map to look down at.

>Do you think an ir dazzler close to a license place would be noticeable? Maybe one that looks like one of those high vis strips? Would (not police) dashcams pick it up?
On camera this draws attention to you and makes it look like you have something to hide. They just need to look for the glowing plates. Because it will not work on all cameras you can not rely on it for hardcore security. Using a scratched up, sun discolored, dirty license plate cover is probably the best thing short of stealing plates.
