It's funny, even though E3 has been nothing but unwatchable cringefest, now that it's proper gone I do kinda miss in the sense that it was sort of the last lasting legacy of the old days, it's been going on since '95, there was this sort of idiosyncratic connection to the time when gaming was good, every time I saw that logo (before they changed it for modern minimalistic slop) I instantly thought back to reading about the latest E3 in a magazine. Now pretty much everything that had a connection to the pre-CY era is gone.
